Juna: AI agents that run the factory

Juna builds an AI platform that orchestrates agents to plan, steer and improve industrial processes, maximising output, sustainability and profit. Its Agentic Factory OS lets factories deploy agents that continuously monitor, learn and optimise complex production processes in real time, from energy consumption to output quality.

Why we invested

Juna is the clearest example of a data moat in our portfolio. The datasets needed to train the models only exist if you install sensors in plants, and every deployment generates new proprietary data that makes the model better: a real flywheel, in a market where the outcome is measured in energy, yield and throughput rather than seats.

Milestones

• October 2025. A leading European dairy producer unlocked EUR 1.5M in annual profit, improving output by 4% and cutting energy use by 8% with Juna's AI-powered digital twin for process optimisation.
• March 2026. Launch of the Agentic Factory OS, marking the transition from a consulting-driven model to a scalable software platform.
• May 2026. Jessica Burley (ex Planet A) joins as Chief of Staff as Juna scales into industrial deployments.
• June 2026. CEO Matthias Auf der Mauer on stage at Hinterland of Things on physical AI and Europe's industrial competitiveness.
